Mahabharata: A Timeless Guide to Management and Leadership
The Mahabharata, one of the greatest epics of all time, is a vast reservoir of timeless wisdom and profound management lessons. It is not just a story of war and dharma but a treasure trove of strategic thinking, leadership, ethics, conflict resolution, decision-making, and organizational behaviour.
It's heart touching, maitaing a fine balance between emotions and duty is really very difficult . It's great sir.
You have done so well in driving this initiative of yours.. it’s a learning and development initiative par excellence..
Very nicely depicted Time Management concept from incidents of Mahabharat. Bringing in the concept of Stephen Covey's Urgent vs Important is a spice on the curry. Well done again.
Beautifully explained with reference to the timeless wisdom from Mahabharata. The Johari Window is more than just a tool for self-awareness; it’s essential for building genuine connections and growth. In a world where assumptions often shape our interactions, understanding the balance between what we know and what others see can transform how we communicate and relate to one another. It’s not about “over”thinking, but about seeing ourselves and others with clarity.
Wonderfully explained management science from the charactets of Mahabharat. Let your driving force remain intact in 2025 also. Wish you remain dynamc through out 2025.
Thank you, What a beautifully articulated message drawing wisdom from the Mahabharata! Wishing you, too, a year filled with the virtues and strengths of these legendary characters. May 2025 bring growth, prosperity, and excellence in every endeavour.
That is the beauty of Gita in Mahabharat where Krishna does not give a solution, which would have one time only, but cleared the vision of Arjun laden with pre-conceived remorse and stress. It is all generations to follow. Very good way of bringing up the matter.
Very encouraging episode to overcome stress situation. Every person faces stress problem either in office, home or society. For this he needs the help of a Guru, mentor, seniors and a team leader who show him right path to overcome this difficult situation. Main lesson to remember is that a man should do his karma selflessly and leave the results in the hands of God. Stresses will always come at every step, but how you handle it depends on you either surrender or face it boldely.
